Reservations- Please try to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance for travel with Timothy’s. If you require Town Car service sooner, you may call 904 861 5552 or email Timothy’s directly at res@timothystowncars.com.
Cancellation Policy- Please allow four hours notice of cancellation prior to trip in order for a refund to be made in full. Unfortunately, due to operating constraints, all cancellations made without at least 4 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
Additional stops- During flat-rated and airport fares, an additional charge of $5.00 will be added for each stop up until 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, all wait time will be charged at the hourly charter rate of $50.00 an hour.
Additional charges- May be added for any food or liquid contents spilled in or on the interior of the vehicle, or due to any damages to the interior beyond what would be considered everyday normal wear and tare. All of Timothy’s vehicles are non-smoking. Please ask your driver to make a stop if you would like to smoke.
